editing & Retouching
I do basic editing and retouching. I remove skin blemishes and under eye bags. If your cloths have a small stain or rip I can touch that up. I do edit and retouch every photo in each gallery, but no extreme heavy edited glamor shots here! :) My goal is to capture the simplicity of natural beauty and joy in each person. My style is to get clear crisp images with bright eyes. I love to use natural lighting to capture vibrate colors!
Choosing a Location
There is so many wonderful locations that are local and tons more if your up for a drive. You are welcome to choose where you would like your session to take place. I also have recommendations depending on you style. Things to think about when your picking your location, are you wanting lot of color like florals, or muted colors like the beach? Do you prefer architecture or nature in your background? What clothing style match your backdrop? Do you want pictures at your school or sports field During your session we will have time to move to a couple different locations if they are in a close proximity of each other. Some private locations like certain flower gardens do charge an additional fee. There are also additional travel costs with any location 30 miles outside of Salem, Oregon.
Girls OutFits
Guys outfits
You will have time to change your outfit 3-4 times throughout your 2 hour session. Its important to pick cloths that fit well, are comfortable and wrinkle free. We want to capture your style! I recommend at minimum 1 dress and you will want cute shoes, some jewelry, and maybe even a cute handbag! I would suggest making sure your hair is styled, nail polish isn't chipped and that you have make up on. I recommend lip color and extra mascara or lash extensions. Things to think about... Do you want to wear your letterman jacket, cap & gown, jersey, or any other special cloths in some of your pictures?
Your photo session will be 2 hours and you will have time to change your outfit 3-4 times. A fresh hair cut is super important! Make sure your cloths are wrinkle free and that your facial hair is groomed that way you like it. I realize not all guys look forward to taking their senior pictures. I will try to make it as painless as possible for you! You will want to pick cloths that fit well, are comfortable and reflect your style. My goal is to capture your personality! Things to think about... Do you want to wear your letterman jacket, cap & gown, jersey, or any other special cloths in some of your pictures?
Friend/family/pet/prop
Brining props is great! If you have a flowers, instruments, sports equipment, a pet, or even a friend or family member that you would like to get a few pictures with that is awesome! Let me know ahead of time what you are thinking. I would be more then happy to work it into your session!
